The following issues were addressed:

Fixed partial content for small files, refactored partial content code, fixed content-length header on large/unbuffered files.
AddSite Error for certain partners
Color coding not always correct in "Now" numbers
Cannot inherit url mode from rewritten section
MODIFIED: PixelsilkSEOAdvice.js to improve a regular expression for counting h1 tags and to correct a typo
Partial content improvements: fixed duplicate content-length headers, added support for multiple ranges in requests and multipart responses. This should fix issues with downloading pdf files.
Form disappears when title is required
Data/content loss issue with a large Item Page skin in a Page Type under certain conditions
