New and Improved Features:
- Content Editor
- Latest version is installed and resolves many problems
- Clicking a menu or link outside of the editor no longer navigates to that item. Prevents accidentally losing your changes

- Visitors can create and maintain their own accounts (i.e. site memberships)

Issues Fixed:
- Content Editor
- Opening a library jumps to the top of the screen
- Weird content editor behavior on pages
- Internal server error when opening content editor and page properties under certain conditions
- Site links dropdown not displaying all possible pages to link to
- Images are inserted as anchor tags instead of image tags
- Cursor doesn't appear in content editor in Firefox
- Edit links stack on top of each other in certain circumstances
- Dynamic form height pushes content editor and webbox content away from the edit buttons
- No scrollbar when pasting content from Word
- Hyperlink manager should change to 'New Window' when an external link is used, and stay in the same window if a link begins with a forward slash (/)
- Content Editor behaves badly when resizing
- Editing links causes them to jump to the bottom of a
