Bugs

PS-5293 fixed: In the partner portal, the Album drop down now displays the stored value of the selection.
PS-5297 fixed: Changing a control's name to an empty string is now disallowed.
PS-5344 fixed: A change was made in Pixelsilk to make mod_proxy and RewriteProxy work for Pixelsilk sites in recent versions of Helicon Ape.
